	At one time or another I have been Chief of Surgery, Penobscot Bay Medical Center: Secretary of the Medical Staff, Vice President of the Medical Staff, President of the Medical Staff, Penobscot Bay Medical Center: Co-Chair of Operations Improvement, Penobscot Bay Medical Center; Secretary, Knox County Medical Association; Knox County Medical Association Representative to the Maine Medical Association’s Executive Committee: Maine Medical Associations Representative to the Governor’s Task Force on Medicine. I have been a practicing Orthopedic Surgeon for over 20 years and have performed examinations, evaluations and assessments on thousands of injured parties, and have testified in countless depositions and trials. Since beginning my IME practice, I have performed several hundred IME’s, both for plaintiff’s and the defense.
